We collect your email address, name (optional), payment metadata from Stripe (card type, last four digits, transaction ID — no full card number), IP address, user agent and anonymised analytics data.
We collect and use your personal information with your consent (opt-in at checkout or free-access form) and as necessary to fulfil the contract for the services you have purchased. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing leonardo@rsabr.adv.br.
Data is processed on Supabase infrastructure (hosted in the United States and/or Canada) and Stripe (United States). By using this service you acknowledge that your data may be transferred outside Canada. We take reasonable steps to ensure transferred data is protected.
You have the right to access your personal information, request correction, withdraw consent and file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) at priv.gc.ca. Email leonardo@rsabr.adv.br to exercise any of these rights.
Purchase records are retained for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
